Its predecessor was Shanghai Engineering Chemical Design Institute affiliated to Shanghai Huayi Group.Shanghai Shenfeng Engineering Construction Supervision Co.,Ltd. possess Grade A Qualification of Chemical Industry and Petroleum Project Supervision from Ministry of Construction and A Qualification of Housing Construction Supervision Grade, and Grade B Qualification of Shanghai Municipality Construction Equipment Supervision and Grade B Qualification of CSBTS ( State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision ) Engineering Equipment Supervision, and Grade B Qualification of air-raid shelters. The main business scope of Shanghai Shenfeng is project construction supervision, construction equipment supervision, construction project management and construction consulting for petrochemical industry, chemical industry, light textile industry and general industries and domestic construction filed as well as technical development, technical transfer, technical consulting and technical services. As well as includes the tendering of project construction.

As a knowledge-intensive professional supervision firm specialized in the management of the chemical industry construction project, Shanghai Shenfeng boasts of its strong staff team consisting of over 270 professionals, including 60 staff members with senior professional titles and 123 staff members with medium professional titles.
